Our Seven Pillars of Strategy
The Bank’s business model is underpinned by seven pillars of strategic execution, duly backed by a strong corporate governance framework and a structured approach to corporate social responsibility. The five-year strategic plan 2014-2018, prepared in-house, is thus driven by the very people who will deliver the results, and contains the following key elements:
